What they ask before signing.

How long until I see results?

Do you work with a minimum ads budget?

Do you handle media budget or charge separately?

Both models. Option A: you pay media directly to Google/Meta/etc with your corporate card and we charge a management fee. Optión B: nos delegas el budget management and we report with origin invoices.

What if I do not like a creative?

Each sprint has a feedback round before the creative goes to production. If after adjustments it does not fit, we escalate — probprobably there is a briefing issue to review.

Do I also need to hire development or design?

Not necessarily. If your site and assets are fine, we execute on them. If there are frictions blocking traction, we tell you and decide whether to add our internal teams to scope or you work with your current providers.
