How long does a typical implementation take?

It depends on the scope, but the honest range is 8 to 16 weeks from diagnosis to operation. We start with 2-week sprints; In the first you already have visible deliverables. Very specific projects (e.g. only landing + product funnel) can take 3–5 weeks.

Do you work with companies outside of Monterrey?

Yes. Approximately 40% of our projects are in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Saltillo, Torreón and others. Another 15–20% is nearshore (mainly Texas and California). Proximity is an advantage, not a requirement.

What is the minimum ticket for a project?

We do not work with tickets below ~$80,000 MXN because below that amount the Scrum process and the infrastructure do not pay. Above that, there are from one-off projects of $100–250k MXN to annual retainers of several million.

Will you lock me into the CRM or stack you pick?

No. Everything is built on your domain, your CRM account, your data. Zero technological locks. If after the project you decide to operate with another team — or your internal team — everything will be documented and functional.

How do you charge?

Two models: (a) closed project with payments per sprint or milestone; (b) monthly retainer for operation and continuous improvement. The initial diagnosis is free, without fine print. If you do not close with us, you will have the same document.
